Affinage Professional prides itself on having a dedicated support team of educators throughout Australia to strengthen the Affinage Professional commitment towards education.

Shellie Dinsdale
National Education Manager

Having spent  20 years in hairdressing, both in Australia and overseas, Shellie Dinsdale has a unique outlook on the industry. She has participated from all sides, including being an apprentice, owning her own salon for five years, and being a technical adviser for an international firm.

Time spent in the UK broadened Shellie's horizons, prompting her to become a distributor and undertake further studies to enable her to excel in training.  This - and an interest in chemical-free hair products - soon led to Shellie developing and implementing training programmes for Affinage Professional as an external consultant, and later to becoming Affinage Professional's  in-house National Education Manager.

As part of the Affinage Professional Management Team, Shellie offers an extensive, constantly expanding educational programme to distributors and hairdressing salons throughout Australia.



 

Alison Kerlin
Technial Educator - Asia

Alison is a creative styling master who, with 25 years professional experience has developed her hairstyling and cutting techniques as a transformational tool for her clients.  She holds Precision and Creative Advanced Styling Certification with Vidal Sassoon and Advanced Stylist Certification with Edward Beale.  Since moving to Singapore 6 years ago Alison has established her own salon clientele of ex-pats and locals.  With Alison's wealth of knowledge and experience in the Asian market, she is very excited about educating hairdressers throughout Asia.

 


 


Paul Fletcher
Technical Educator - Victoria
 
Paul, our Affinage Professional Educator for Victoria, brings with him a wealth of hairdressing experience spanning more than 25 years. Paul is a valuable member of the Affinage Professional Education Team and some of his achievements include running a successful hairdressing salon for over 20 years. Education is no stranger to Paul as he has been involved with teaching and supporting hairdressing salons for many years. Being able to share his wealth of knowledge with the industry is what drives Paul to grow and nurture his love for the hairdressing industry. 
 
 

 
Tenille Challen
Technical Educator - Queensland
 
Brisbane based, Tenille Challen comes from an experienced background using Affinage Professional products for the past decade.  She has experienced all facets of the Affinage Professional product range and brings with her a wealth of technical knowledge, spanning from many years in the hairdressing industry where she has worked both as an award winning colourist and successful salon business owner.

Tenille believes that knowledge and education is the key to being a great hairdresser and loves inspiring and re-igniting passion within those she educates.

 
 

Suzanne Sandri
Technical Educator - NSW

Sydney based educator Suzie, has been in the hairdressing industry for some 16 years.  With experience gained through different levels and roles in management Suzanne believes technical education is the key to empowering the hairstylist and business owner.

Lina Shiels
Technical Educator - ACT

Affinage Professional is continually expanding their technical team and strengthening the importance for education and training. Now boasting a team of 9 educators nationally the newest member to join the Affinage Professional technician team is Lina Sheils.

Lina has owned and managed successful salons in Canberra and loves every aspect of the hairdressing industry, it’s the dynamic and ever changing face of our industry that has inspired Lina to become part of the Affinage Professional education team. Lina has a strong desire to share knowledge and enjoys being part of the salon environment. Lina believes education is vital for increasing motivation which in turn further advances the industry as a whole.
