Apply Sapphire Ice Defender to damp hair, partially dry then work in a small amount of Sapphire Ice  Blu Goo.  Push hair into place using blow dryer and brush, over directing the hair forward.  Follow with Sapphire Ice Control Freak for movement and separation to personalise the shape.  Finish with Sapphire Ice Enforcer for a lasting effect.
